Due Diligence Partners was founded by leading diligence expert Gary M. Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence heads every assignment and assumes an active role in each matter. He is author of Due Diligence in Business Transactions which is now in its 27th release and co-author of Representing High Tech Companies which is in its 15th release. Mr. Lawrence was previously a management committee partner in a major international law firm where he chaired the firm’s worldwide media and technology transactions practice and was a member of its firm-wide strategic planning and compensation committees. Mr. Lawrence has served on the board of directors and/or advisory boards of a number of public and privately held corporations and has over two decades of experience in designing, implementing and assessing domestic and international due diligence investigations.
