Our quarterly inspections show how your properties are really performing. Most properties start with a score of 61/100, let's work together to elevate that. Have our team "kick the tires" and give you the insight you need to know where your properties stand and how to maximize their potential. 

Features 

  • Typically, one full day is spent on each property by our team.
  • Receive a detailed report with pictures and videos of the items that help parks perform at their best. 
  • For operators with portfolios, you will also receive an overview dashboard showing trends and also containing hyperlinks to individual reports. See your performance at a 30k' level.

For any lots over the base amount, pricing scales with the size of the property.  $10/lot over 50 lots for Quarterly Inspections.

$50/lot over 50 lots for End to End Audit.




3rd Party Vendors

Finding, scheduling, managing, paying, and receiving reporting of 3rd party vendors can be a sore spot. Let us take care of the vendors for you. $500/ vendor (for most applications).

Travel Costs

We manage an in house team of experienced professionals. We bring our deep industry knowledge and experience to every project and put boots on the ground with OUR staff. No reliance on subcontractors here. Travel expenses not included in base rates.

POH Infrastructure Inspections

Want to understand the condition of your park owned inventory and additional structures? We offer three tiers of service. 

Cursory Overview: $40/ home

In Depth POH Audit: $150/ home

Licensed Home Inspector: $Varies

Aerial Drone Mapping

Gain a birds eye view of your property. Understand topography, take measurements of various features of the property, mark areas of interest, deferred maintenance, etc. 

Custom Benchmarking

Is your team working on a new initiative that you would like documented? Planning significant changes and need the before & after thoroughly reported? let us help identify and record the progress.

Sewer/Septic Remediation & Inspection

Sometimes sanitary systems need some TLC before you can understand the condition. Pumping and Jetting performed prior to scoping. $Varies.

Private Utilities

Inspection and review of water wells, septic, master electric, master gas, WWTPs, and other interesting utilities. $2,000 base plus certified operator fees.
