3rd Party Vendors
Finding, scheduling, managing, paying, and receiving reporting of 3rd party vendors can be a sore spot. Let us take care of the vendors for you. $500/ vendor (for most applications).
Travel Costs
We manage an in house team of experienced professionals. We bring our deep industry knowledge and experience to every project and put boots on the ground with OUR staff. No reliance on subcontractors here. Travel expenses not included in base rates.

Aerial Drone Mapping
Gain a birds eye view of your property. Understand topography, take measurements of various features of the property, mark areas of interest, deferred maintenance, etc.

Sewer/Septic Remediation & Inspection
Sometimes sanitary systems need some TLC before you can understand the condition. Pumping and Jetting performed prior to scoping. $Varies.
Private Utilities
Inspection and review of water wells, septic, master electric, master gas, WWTPs, and other interesting utilities. $2,000 base plus certified operator fees.
